Internal Coordinator Role

The IC takes care of course union organization. This includes answering emails, organizing the Google Drive, documenting all relevant information, schedule creation, managing paperwork and note taking for agendas. They are responsible for taking notes during weekly meetings, after each meeting this document should be saved by the IC to the appropriate location in the google drive. This position also includes the creation of the monthly newsletter.
It has also informally become the IC’s duty to organize application and funding for members of the QSCU to attend conferences (CUMC, and CUCSC primarily). This should continue so that we maintain a good presence/standing at these national events. This could be shifted to be a joint duty of the president, VP, and IC but this should be the decision of future executive teams.
